If a unit does not rent for the whole week during June, July, and August, we will open up that unit for nightly rentals the week prior.

If you are interested in a unit that is "Pending", it is in your best interest to add your name to the "Waiting List." Sometimes people change their minds, and we will call the next family on our list.

If you are interested in a unit that is "Rented", you can still add your name to the "Waiting List." Sometimes people have to cancel their reservation, and we will call families on the Waiting List before changing the website.
