Weekly Rentals: (Highlighted in Dark Green)

​Weekly rentals are available during the months of June, July, and August​.

Prices are posted on each unit's page.

Nightly Rentals (Highlighted in Light Green): (Two night minimum)

May and September Only*

If a unit does not rent for the whole week during June, July, and August, we will open up that unit for nightly rentals the week prior.

 If you find a unit with light green availability in the month of June July or August, it's your lucky day!  (We are blessed to have great families make White Lake, NC a family tradition year after year.)

Closed: (Highlighted in Gray & Has a line through the number)

All good things must come to an end, and this is when we start winterizing our units and performing upgrades and repairs.

Pending Rentals: (Highlighted in Yellow)

Committed renters who have not sent their deposit yet are "Pending Deposit."

If you are interested in a unit that is "Pending", it is in your best interest to add your name to the "Waiting List."  Sometimes people change their minds, and we will call the next family on our list.

Rented Units: (Highlighted in Red & Has a line through the number)

Committed renters who have sent their deposit are labeled as "rented."

​If you are interested in a unit that is "Rented", you can still add your name to the "Waiting List."  Sometimes people have to cancel their reservation, and we will call families on the Waiting List before changing the website.
